The housemaid was lovely and provided breakfast each day. Our air conditioner had stopped working, and there was no washing machine like they said there was on line. Over great service and a lovely location.

Not as described on web page. Owner should use a hotel linen service. Worn substandard sheets and towels. Beds uncomfortable. We were not aware of shared bathroom.

Ottimo B&B in pieno centro, ideale per vedere Grosseto. Struttura e camere tenute benissimo e staff molto cordiale. Comodo anche il parcheggio vicino.

Posizione centralissima, secondo piano senza ascensore. Buona colazione

Chek in semplice e veloce.

Visita a Grosseto

Ottima posizione in centro a Grosseto.

Although the accommodation was clean, comfortable and well appointed, the check in process was terrible and very upsetting. The place is very hard to find and no one was available for an hour and a half after arriving to meet us as promised, Be aware that this is an apartment with two bedrooms and a shared kitchen. You may have strangers in the other bedroom. Each room has its own lock. Also directly on a busy plaza which is noisy at night.

Increible apartamento y recibimiento!!
