Extremely helpful and kind workers. Our first 2 nights, we kept hearing a smoke detector beeping, like it was out of battery. We reported it to the reception. It turned out, that it came from an empty apartment in the neighboring building, which we thought was the end of it, at that we would just need to stick it out. Luckily, they arranged for someone to come fix it, which was very much appreciated, and more than the expected service level. Our room was very nice and clean, though we weren’t able to pull away the window curtains, and therefore not able to let any sunlight in. Additionally, the shower door would get stuck if we closed it all the way. Since we couldn’t open it from the inside, we wouldn’t have been able to get, had we been alone. The breakfast was very good and the eating area clean.

Fabulous boutique style hotel, minutes from Metro. The rooms were spotless and very well equipped. The staff went out of their way to help, very friendly and cheerful. The area around the hotel was lively, but the hotel was quiet. The lift was tiny anwe struggled to fit both of us in but it gave us a good laugh. 😂

Perfect stay, great location, friendly staff

I was very happy with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was absolutely lovely—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable, a Nespresso machine provided me with a nice coffee in the morning, and the big balcony was a big plus, and definitely a reason to get back when the weather allows it to enjoy it a bit more. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Really great location: just off Blvd Haussmann, and within walking distance of several boulangeries, restaurants, stores, and Grand Magasins. Great staff (who dealt with a room booking issues quickly and without fuss). Note: the elevator is not for the claustrophobic! Only downside was the poor sound insulation: lack of double glazing meant street noise couldn't be ignored and thin walls/interconnecting doors meant that noisy guests caused a couple of interupted nights' sleep...

The hotel is well maintained, cleanliness excellent and the staff very helpful. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Metro so very convenient for sight seeing. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and we enjoyed a wide range of options. The hotel served a good breakfast with plenty of fresh food and choices. Our room was a little on the small side and if like us you are travelling with two large suitcases there is limited floor space for opening them. My only reason for giving a four star review was because of the steep spiral stairs and the tiniest, one person lift- there is no mention of accessibility issues for less able visitors. The sensor lighting was out of synch in two places on the stairs and so going downstairs was tricky. However, don't be put off if you are young, fit and able and happy to negotiate the mountainous staircase. It's a nice bijou hotel a little expensive but it's in Paris.
