great room, so big - would have been nice if it had had a small table and chairs so you didn't have to sit on the bed. and a small couch would have fit in also! you only get a view of the carpark if you don't pay extra for the silo rooms but the size of the room makes up for it. A bit remote from cafes etc so a small microwave would be nice so you could heat your food or drinks when you finally get them back, but there is a cafe in the park next door, open in the morning- fantastic stay

After multiple stays at the Silos this was the first time I had ever made an error with our booking. We arrived on a busy Friday evening to find I had only booked for 2 adults, not 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were beyond amazing, they managed to organise a room for our 2 night stay with a sofa bed and added a roll out bed to accommodate our children. I was obviously very embarrassed and stressed by my mistake but the staff were so kind and accommodating. I cannot recommend them and thank them enough!

Had a great stay in a silo room with a balcony, pretty views of the river, it would've been even better if those rooms were on a higher level as it's easy to see in when walking past. However, the bed was comfy and the shower was amazing, best hotel shower I think I've ever had! Archie was also a highlight.

Peppers is always my go to in Launie - we LOVE it - the staff are always professional helpful and consistent from checkin to the restaurant and cleaning everyone goes over and above … parking is free and easy and of course who doesn’t love a location overlooking the beautiful Tamar ?? The meals in the restaurant are always 5 star as is the service so yes go ahead and indulge yourself and if possible opt for the “silo” rooms they are quirky and have the best views
