Really lovely stay. The hotel room had a golf theme. Beds were very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was very good and flavourful. We didn’t have breakfast though as we felt it was quite expensive and decided to visit a local bakery instead. Lots of parking.

beautiful place food was OK nothing extraordinary. The staff was good at the reception and check in . road signs how to get there were very bad and hard to find. The staff in the restaurant was rude. They had no means of accommodating a simple request for a table with an open umbrella that was next to our table. We were treated as if we were a bother. It was much more important to cater to the members as it was to hotel guests . If you love to play golf it is spectacular if you want a nice stay and good food this isn't a place I would stay more then one night

What we didn’t appreciate is that we asked before going to breakfast if breakfast was included, amd the person at the desk looked it up ans confirmed it was included. Wasn’t told party was on till 2am right outside our bedroom window. Room was lovely as was hotel just didn’t sleep well due to party. In morning when I said didn’t get much redress. . However after I emailed to proof my breakfast was included in my reservation - They did apologise in an email to me. Just a shame as I said hotel is lovely and our room was good. Just the disco lights and noise to 2am wasn’t good !

Beautiful hotel

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, very clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Special thanks to the team for making me feel so welcome—I’ll definitely be back!. Just a minor, breakfast could be opened a bit earlier for us commuters, however great options.

We stumbled upon this hotel by accident. We were en-route to Germany and decided we wanted a bed for 1 night to break the journey, so we checked Hotels.Com and this place was fairly close by, so we booked it on the spur of the moment. It's in the middle of nowhere, and quite difficult to find, even with SatNav, but we are so glad we found it. The place is on a Golf Course and is a gem. The room wasn't large, but wasn't small either, it was very functional and gave us everything we need. The bed was comfy enough, the TV was good and plenty of power plugs and also a coffee machine. The shower was superb. Really powerful and good temperature control. A lovely view over the golf course from the bedroom window, but one slight negative was the lack of a lift. We were on the upper floor and had to carry the cases up a steepish flight of stairs, but it didn't spoil the stay. We had a very nice dinner in the restaurant, and breakfast the following morning was also lovely outside on the terrace. Neither meal was especially cheap, but we felt they were good value, and it was so lovely sitting on the terrace in the morning eating breakfast with just bird sound for company, and not endless traffic noise. This place really is in the middle of nowhere .. but delightfully so. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The car park is huge, but a bit of a walk from the reception. In summary ... we really liked our stay and would most certainly come again if ever we were in the area.

La vue est belle, elle donne sur le terrain de golf. L'accueil est très bien. L'hôtel offert 2 bouteilles d'eau par jour. La place de parking est gratuite. Ma chambre se trouve au 2 ème étage; par inattention, j'ai cogné contre la charpente... c'est douloureux... C'est difficile à activer la machine à café. Je préfère que l'hôtel dispose plutôt une bouilloire avec les sachets de thé ou café soluble... Si non, rien à dire...

Het hotel is veel minder mooi dan op de foto’s. De kamer was een teleurstelling bij het binnenkomen. Niks van gezelligheid, kaal ingericht, bijna geen licht en al helemaal niks van uitzicht (gewoon een muur en wat gras. De badkamer kon properder. Ook het restaurant was een teleurstelling, bijna geen tafels die een uitzicht hadden naar buiten. De meerderheid kijkt op zwarte donkere muren. Ontbijt was ook zeker zijn geld niet waard. Kortom: de foto’s tonen helemaal niet de realiteit.
