The front desk was not open when I arrived (during open hours). I never saw it open during my 5-night stay. I had to wait an hour to get in as front door was locked. Walks are very thin. I could hear tv and conversations in adjacent room. My room was cleaned once, two days after I arrived. Shower was very nice and had been upgraded. Otherwise, the hotel was not being cared for properly. I never saw other guests. Do not recommend staying here, despite the good location.

Arrivée vers 21h15 à l'hôtel, réceptionniste occupé avec un autre client dans le hall d'entrée, nous fait patienter dans le salon plusieurs minutes pour finalement nous dire qu'il y a un problème avec l'autre client. Nous donne juste les clefs de notre chambre en nous disant l'étage sans d'autres explications. Dans la chambre, store cassé, seulement 2 voilages (pas du tout opaque). Après appel de l'accueil, dépannage d'un rideau opaque accroché comme nous avons pu. Sinon chambre agréable, lit et oreillers confortables, douche correcte.

Gros problème de sécurité. La porte coupe feu du 3ème étage reste bloquée en position ouverte. L'éclairage du couloir ne fonctionne pas au troisième. Aucun détecteur d'incendie, ni de monoxyde constaté... Les numéros des chambres sont quasiment illisibles (peinture par dessus) et les plan d'évacuation ne comportent pas les numéros des chambres. Les pastilles indiquant votre situation sur le plan ne sont pas bien placées. Dans la chambre que j'avais, la porte coulissante en verre de la douche ne tient que par une attache. Moisi sur le mur de la rue. Rideau occultant en piteux état. Fenêtres dégoutantes et opacifiées.

Bons accueil et disponibilité de l'hôtesse. Qualité chambre OK à ceci près que les cloisons sont fines comme du "papier à cigarettes" me faisant profiter des ronflements d'un voisin avant d'être réveillé à 0h45 par le retour, pourtant discret, d'un couple dans une autre chambre à proximité.

Hôtel comparable à une chambre étudiante, un lit, une télé, une douche, un toilette tout sa dans un 12m2 point. Attendez-vous à aucun service supplémentaire, pas d’ascenseur, une odeur de renfermé, des murs épais comme des feuilles et j’en passe des plus belle. N’y allez quand dernier recours.

Cozy

It was a decent cozy little place. Room was quite small but the price was right. I was pleased when I came in because the front of the building outside looked like it was going to be trashy and dirty but it wasnt. The furiture could use some paint and the handle to the window kept falling off. But overall, we were pleased and it was a relaxing experience.

Awful experience!

The room we booked, looked nothing at all like the pictures. On the pictures everything looks bright and nice. But this is a old, dark hotel. Our room was dirty, mold in the shower, broken furniture, dust everywhere. The toilet door was extremely crooked and you couldn't even close the door of it. When you sat on the toilet, there was no room for your legs. A lot of noise in the hotel too. Horrible experience. At least the woman at the reception was friendly.

Des serviettes salles en tas à l'entrée de l'une de nos chambres, au moment de notre arrivée, une odeur de cigarette dans l'autre chambre, des lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas et n'ont pas été changées malgré nos remarques au personnel, une poignée absente sur une des portes des toilettes, pas de serviettes dans les chambres, défaut du système d'aération dans la salle de bain. Problème d'insonorisation des chambres. Facturation du petit déjeuner alors que celui-ci était compris dans le prix au moment de la réservation. Photos non contractuelles par rapport à la réalité. Une expérience que nous ne reproduirons plus.
