The staff were particularly helpful and friendly, offering important information even before I knew I needed it! The location is wonderful, too. Close to the tourist areas, but set off from the busiest streets so that its quiet. Beautiful garden area for pool and breakfast patio.

Great hotel, I only stayed one night but a very big room and huge shower. Breakfast was great. All the staff were very helpful. Easy walking distance to the old town,just turn left out of the hotel walk past the market and the old town is on the left.

Lovely staff members, beautiful spacious and clean room. Air con works perfectly for a very hot and humid climate. Highly recommend allowing the hotel to book your taxi cab from and to the airport as they charge a fair price. Do not jump into a random cab from the airport as they will take advantage and over charge you. The hotel will even book tours for you. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location with easy walk to Old town and night markets and convenience stores and great bakery nearby. Our room was decent size with a large walk in bathroom and rainfall shower which was delightful after long hot walk. Pool area was small and could do with a bit more seating but pleasant gardens and peaceful. Has an honesty box for cold beer/drinks etc which was very handy. Staff were most helpful - booking taxis and show as well as lots of useful advice. Only real miss for me was the breakfast both in quantity and quality on offer. Could get made to order eggs (great) and noodles (avoid!) but overall not a great breakfast. We bought pastries and coffee from the nearby bakery for breakfast.

This is a fantastic hotel. We cannot fault it. Out of the 6 places we stayed in Vietnam, this was our favourite hotel. The rooms are big, lovely bathroom and shower. The pool is beautiful. The buffet breakfast has a great selection and is taken in a pretty courtyard outside, a beautiful setting and a great start to each morning. Service is second to none. If we ever return to Hoian, we will definitely stay here again.

We just spent 12 nights in this absolutely lovely little boutique hotel. It is central to everything you could ever want or need, everything is a 10 to 15 min walk away. The hotel only serves breakfast, which is a lovely fresh assortment with optional eggs/omelettes or rice paper rolls and pho. We loved it here and will be back next year!
