Dimitri, the manager, was amazing from the moment we got there till the day we left. He recommended many dinner places and desserts places that were all hits. He also suggested multiple excursions, we went with the cooking class, that all sounded fun! The area is a close walk to the “downtown” core, but isn’t too loud if you want to hang out in the hot tub in the evening. We can’t wait to return to Santorini to come back and stay at Altemar!

The property is amazing. Rooms are spacious, clean and the staff kind. The hotel is in the middle of the town, you can walk to all the clubs and restaurant an experience amazing views. It’s 20 minutes from ioa and the nightlife is amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.
