Decent price and good location for the ferru, room is old but comfy, no hot water in the shower at 7.00am, breakfast was very limited, the staff aren,t very friendly.

6/10 Good

Staff awaited our late ferry arrival and greeted us with a smile. breakfast was good also with friendly and helpful staff. I may have missed the info on the first floor lodging being on the second floor with a narrow winding staircase. good location.

Lovely hotel very close and convenient to the ferry terminal. The hotel is being renovated so there are some areas that havent been done yet. Our room looked like it had been decorated but some of the facilities are a bit dated but it was clean. The restaurant looks great, really nicely decorated and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Nice bar and restaurant area. Stays open whilst others nearby close. However, the rooms haven't been refurbished for decades.

8/10 Very good

Very convenient for the ferry. Nice views from first floor rooms. Spacious bar/terrace/restaurant area. Sanibroyeur toilet very noisy and not to everyone's taste. Shower tray had high step which I couldn't manage.

8/10 Very good

So the staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant is very nice as well. The rooms are not so nice. The bathroom door can't open all the way because of the bed. The shower door can't open all the way for the sink. The carpet is very dirty. Stairs are a bit narrow. The location is decent with several restaurants in easy walking distance. The ferry is a little far but walkable.

A very convenient location for the ferry. Good price only downside was needing to be a mountain goat to get to the room in the attic. Not good for people with mobility issues. Very reasonably priced.

8/10 Very good

Very convenient walk from the Ferry dock. Room was just what we needed. The bathroom could use a bit of an update, but the restaurant is under renovation so it will soon look great I bet.

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely quaint hotel. Staff attentive and helpful. As per other reviews yes there are no lifts second floor rooms are a slight hike up. Yes the rooms could do with upgrading but for what you pay for a night and an ease of access to the port no complaints from us. We had a family quadruple room, good size but really warm room, no air con small windows but lots of road noise when open
