Pro: helpful, welcoming, friendly personnel; excellent food, both at breakfast (à la carte menu served at your table) and at dinner; good water pressure and plush towels, bathrobe and slippers available Con: parking off site (10 minutes walking), thin walls lets noise in from outside as well as from inside (lobby/room).

This hotel is quaint and sophisticated. Located right at the El Tajo Gorge, it provides ready access to all major sites in Ronda. The staff was very professional, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great! We would definitely stay here again.

10/10 Exceptional

As soon as I stepped foot in Hotel Palacio de Hemingway, I felt like I was transported straight into a romance novel. The hotel - both exterior and interior - is absolutely stunning, the location is super central to all the sights in old town, and the hotel staff were super kind and helpful. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

6/10 Good

Dining and relaxing options very limited. Superior room which was immediately above wine bar. Music on an automatic loop playing from 8am until midnight, same 1/2 dozen tracks over and over!!! Restaurant little more than a gloomy corridor, other option was wine bar itself. Staff at breakfast slow and service poor. Nowhere to relax other than room or wine bar area, could only sit at high bar chairs and pay for a drink unless eating, then a normal table is an option, but food / meal dependant. Great location, very clean, would stay again but a few restrictions as above.
