Very comfortable and we managed to get parked outside property the owner was very happy to help with anything

Easy check-in, nice clean and quiet room. Unfortunately, I accidentallydamaged what I thought was the bathroom flush, and contacted Nick straight away. He told me not to worry at all, and explained that he would sort the problem out when he arrived. Fantastic owner, I would imagine that certain other people would take advantage of this and try and request extra payment. I would recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again.

Stunning rooms well laid out but walls were thin hear people above adjacent needed to sleep but it seemed to be bit of a hostel for noise , If it was not for the noise this is and was a stunningly nice venue . Sorry could not rate higher

We had a lovely stay. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped. It was clean, comfortable and warm. There was plenty of off road parking outside the hotel. Situated perfectly for both shops and lovely coastal walks. Plenty of nice places to eat. We would highly recommend the Harbour Guest House and would stay again.

Lovely clean and comfy room , nice and quiet. Very modern decoration with a very comfy bed. Nice little bathroom , great for a one night stop over but would recommend to people staying for a few days traveling up and down the west coast , just down the road from the train station and lovely views to boot .

Great value little Guest House, clean & comfortable. Easy walking distance to Railway Station & shops/pubs. Small Double Room was perfect for me as solo traveller but might be a bit snug for two sharing. Very good value for money and communication re Bag Storage & Key collection was excellent. Lovely little guest house central to everywhere you would go on a visit to irvine. We have stayed here before and normaly go between the owners other propertys. Whatever is available at time of booking.

Decor, facilities and the check in process was excellent. Bathroom was too small for my liking. Can’t give an assessment on the staff as I never met them. Calls into question the focus of some aspects of the questionnaire if the only contact was a remote online process.
