Nice hotel by the beach

I had a nice stay at this nice hotel located by the beach walk in Cervia. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool area at the back side with a bar & restaurant. There are plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. A comfortable stay when you just want to relax and let the days pass by.

Very recommended hotel

Had a stay with family in two rooms. The hotel is very good and the facillities are close to excellent. The service, except for female breakfast staff, is very very good. We had zero problems and the reception staff(especially the very professional and friendly Belgian woman), is truly excellent with good advices and smilling. We can truly recommend this hotel.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat kleinere Probleme umgehend behoben. Schade, dass es auf den Zimmern keinen Kaffeebereiter gibt, ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber. Ungewohnt war, dass man für Poolhandtücher zahlen muss. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole all’Hotel Conchiglia di Cervia e siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte. A fare la differenza è sicuramente il personale: gentilissimo, disponibile e soprattutto super proattivo, sempre pronto ad anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti con grande attenzione e professionalità. La colazione è davvero top, ricca, curata e con un’ottima scelta, perfetta per iniziare la giornata nel modo migliore. Le camere sono pulitissime, confortevoli e curate, e la piscina è semplicemente fantastica, un vero valore aggiunto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare. Un hotel dove ci si sente accolti e coccolati, con quella piacevole attenzione ai dettagli che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Assolutamente consigliato: ci torneremo volentieri!
