Infelizmente deixou muito a desejar em alguns pontos. 1° os travesseiros estava com mal cheiro de uso e a manta tbem usada com nal cheiro. 2° frigobar com uma zuada insuportável, tivemos que tirar da tomada para conseguir dormir. 3° Funcionando apenas 1 elevador, dificultando o uso para todos os hóspedes, alguns falaram que estava a uns 3 dias quebrado. 4° A cama é extremamente desfortavel, pelo menos pra gente estava muito ruim pra dormir. 5° O café da manhã não foi dos melhores, não gostei, acho que deveria colocar mais variedade e ter cuidado qdo forem fritar os ovos. Eles estavam crus e com cheiro de alguns estragados, faço essa observação para que a equipe da cozinha tenha atenção pra quebrar os ovos separados, pq nas presas acaba que pode ir um estragado no meio dos bons. Positivo: Ressaltando pontos positivos para toda equipe de funcionários, da recepção a cozinha. Todos muito prestativos e educados. Localização excelente a alguns passos dos principais pontos turísticos de Maceió.

é necessário melhorar somente os elevadores. São poucos e vivem cheios. São também mal sinalizados. Fui de escada e terminei num outro prédio!!!!!! poucos elevadores para um prédio tão grande e tantos apartamentos. Na hora do café da manhã é uma loucura de espera, ou as 12 horas com o fechamento das diárias.

A localização é excelente, muito perto do hotel tem farmácia, restaurante, padaria, posto de combustível, supermercado e fica muito perto da orla. Fomos recepcionadas pelo Sr. Kane, o atendimento dele foi primoroso. O café da manhã é muito bom e o apartamento também. No momento estamos em Maragogi, voltaremos para Maceió e iremos nos hospedar novamente no Acqua Inn.

Bom custo benefício. Excelente localização. Só achamos muito movimento e tumultuado no café da manhã. A variedade é ok. Mas geralmente tinha fila para pedidos de tapiocas e outros . Isso devido ao grande números de quartos no hotel. Me passaram que eram 240 quartos. Ainda assim, foi uma ótima estadia.
