Despite the good location, the friendliness of the reception staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel falls short in simple things like bath towels, one face towel for every three people, hard and old pillows, a poorly lit room with burnt-out lightbulbs, and a broken hairdryer. Not to mention the terrible breakfast: few options, and poor quality products

Os travesseiros eram extremamente finos e, como precisávamos de dois para cada pessoa, solicitamos travesseiros adicionais, mas fomos informados de que não havia disponibilidade para entrega. As cobertas também eram antigas e precisavam ser solicitadas na recepção. O ponto mais difícil foi o quarto(110) que era extremamente barulhento. A partir das 6h da manhã, era possível ouvir dentro do quarto, com bastante intensidade, todos os sons relacionados ao uso da água nos outros quartos, como descargas, torneiras da pia e chuveiros. O barulho era realmente alto e acabou prejudicando bastante nosso sono e nossa experiência. Por outro lado, a limpeza estava impecável e o café da manhã estava muito gostoso. Esperamos que esses pontos possam ser melhorados, principalmente a questão do isolamento acústico e do conforto dos quartos, pois isso faria bastante diferença na experiência dos hóspedes.

Ficamos uma noite em passagem por Crisciuma, não recomendo a quem busca um local silencioso para descansar, o ruído externo é algo que me encomoda muito, tanto das pessoas que chegavam e o piso não ter um carpete, quanto o ruído da cidade em si, a noite toda com muito barulho. Chuveiro não esquentou e o banho também não foi agradável. As instalações são razoáveis precisam substituir os frigobares antigos pois sempre ligando com muita constância e também fazem muito barulho. Peçam para checar o quarto antes de acessarem pois nos deram um quarto que já estava ocupado e passamos uma situação um pouco constrangedora!

Os apartamentos são limpos, porém antigos. As camas foram péssimas. As toalhas que me deram para banho também eram velhas e teve uma té mesmo rasgada. Pelas fotos achei que era um hotel muito bom. Mas totalmente decepcionante. Nunca mais voltarei.
