The one bedroom with kitchen and sitting area was exactly as shown/described. Large kitchen / living room with full kitchen that had quality appliances. The washing machine with 2 detergent packets were useful. There was even a dryer to hang your clothes on. Room was efficiently serviced daily. Short walk to stores and cafe. There is a Māori thermal village that is 5 minutes away. We did not use the hot tub, but that was bubbling away. Recommended place to stay as we were very comfortable there.

Well situated accommodations at south end of Rotorua away from traffic and easier access to the many attractions outside of town.
