The staff was great, the hotel was in a perfect location with the subway right out the front door for me to get everywhere I needed to go!!! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Milan Italy

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a city break. There’s not much to do in the area around the hotel but the metro is so close you can see it from the hotel.

The staff was nice, the hotel is located really close to the metro, a couple of station away from the Duomo. You get what you pay for in terms for facilities the bathroom was clean, the bed was clean too. The room is small and you have to pay for the air condition 10 euro.

It's not close to the city center, but it's close to the metro. The cleaning lady does a great job. The toilet and bathroom are shared. They charge €25 for evening check-in and €40 at night. They charged the city tax for each day. Not nice.

Wouldn't go back..

Hotel was run down, only stay if you want basic. Sheets had stains on them and covers looked like they had been used 1000 times with hols in them. There were small cockroaches in the bathroom.. staff were friendly.

Property was good for my needs and easy to get to the Metro which is just across the road. Staff were always available and helpful so no issues there. It was a lively and busy area but had no issues personally and also just a 20 min metro to Duomo. It’s very basic accommodation but for the price I really have no complaints about this and the shared bathroom was clean and didn’t have to wait whilst there.

The hotel offers good value for money. The hotel is a 30-second walk from the metro, which takes you into the center of Milan in 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and flexible. As for parking, it's the city's public parking lot, at around €2.20 an hour (from 8am to 7pm). The room facilities are good, even if we only had 2 towels for 3. The room overlooked the street, but the noise didn't keep us awake. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

Let me pre-face by saying this place was a budget friendly option and expectations were low… Check in was easy enough, they gave us keys and charged us for the city tax. Originally we’d booked a triple room, this then turned to a room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. When I emailed to find out why, they said they don’t have triple rooms. So reluctantly I booked a second room. The original room had 3 beds when we arrived… so the second room wasn’t needed in the end, but since it was paid for we used it. The rooms are basic, the showers are small and the shower head wasn’t attached in one room. Both rooms had poop in the toilet and one smelled so bad it was hard to stay in there with the windows closed. Last kicker is the front door/room key thing. You have to hand over all access to your room when you leave the hotel. There’s no safe for passports etc. their receptionist locks the front door each time too, so try not to leave when they go for a coffee break. We ended up locked inside the hotel for 15minutes when they did. Only the receptionist had the key, the cleaners couldn’t even let us out. In summary, it’s a crappy budget hotel that looks similar to the pictures shown, the metro connections are good and there’s plenty of shops and cafes nearby

2/10 Poor

Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Place! I had an absolutely terrible stay here and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. First, the room itself was disgusting and full of rubbish when I arrived. It was incredibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, the room amenities were awful. The air conditioning did not work at all, and the room had no proper ventilation, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. On top of the terrible conditions, the hotel management looks for any excuse to rip you off. They hit me with a hidden extra charge just for arriving late, and the overall value for money is non-existent.

I dont recommand this hotel very bad service. They asked for 20€ extra for late check in although we cale early to check in ag first and they did not accept. No ac in the room until you pay 10€ extra and it was 35C. So ended up paying more than 100€ for the night for. A hotel with zero star. At this price you can book a much better hotel in a much better area.

We stayed one night, everything was fine. Suitable for the price we paid and convenient for the Metro.

The staff was friendly and helpful—they promptly changed a burned out light bulb. Very close to the M3 line that goes to the center and the train station. Lots of options for food, especially Carmen’s across the street— a very good seafood restaurant. The street is busy so there is some noise but it didn’t affect our sleep. In hotels.com it was advertised as having breakfast included and an airport shuttle but this was not true. They said they don't have a room for breakfast and it is a smaller hotel so a shuttle would not be feasible. That was disappointing.

The only hotel to charge a scam administration fee when you check in. Spend your money on a better hotel instead and skip this dreary location.

Staff was unfriendly. I was charged a fee for arriving after 8pm, despite there being country-wide train issues in Italy due to strikes.
