2/10 Poor

The Hotel is charging too high then the facility they provide. The rooms which they provide are average and should not cost more then 1.5k. But they charged me 8k for the same room. I would never reccommend to book this Hotel. It would be better to book a 5 star hotel in place of this hotel.

2/10 Poor

Air conditioning wasn’t working in hot weather. Front desk said that they will move to a different room for second day of stay which was not acceptable. Checked out early

2/10 Poor

There was wi-fi, but no reach beyond the first floor There was a heater, but didn’t heat up water in one of the rooms. There was an air-con, but didn’t cool the room down. Phone at reception, but our calls cannot reach them. Killed a couple of cockroaches in the room. Renovations all over, very dusty.
