Clean room, friendly-enough staff and an excellent all you can eat breakfast. It's a bit far from Rio City and the beaches - roughly 50 minutes - , but it's perfect if you want some peace and quiet away from the madness of Rio. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

Stay somewhere else

The air conditioning was terrible. It got very cold, but any attempt to make it comfortable just made it hot. The display never turns off unless you turn off the air, so it was illuminating the entire room. Another unit was above the bathroom and that had flashing yellow lights that wouldn’t stop and we couldn’t turn it off. The shower head was a normal one but came out of the middle of the ceiling. The breakfast was mediocre and the French bread was stale. Pillows were flat. Mattress was just ok.

O quarto estava limpo, com lençóis e toalhas limpas, e o café da manhã tinha bastante variedade. Porém, infelizmente, o conforto deixou muito a desejar. A cama é antiga e muito desconfortável, com as molas sendo sentidas nas costas, além de inclinar para os lados. Os travesseiros também eram antigos. O maior problema foi o barulho: fiquei no 7º andar, mas as janelas não têm isolamento acústico e o barulho de carros e motos foi intenso durante toda a noite. Foram duas noites praticamente sem dormir. A internet não funcionou no quarto e a TV não é Smart e tem poucos canais. A garagem também não passou muita segurança, pois os portões ficam abertos. Para quem busca apenas uma hospedagem rápida, pode atender. Mas para quem procura descanso e tranquilidade, não recomendo.

Esse hotel é um decepção. O chuveiro não esquenta e os funcionários alegam que é porque o hotel está cheio, o que é de se impressionar. Mas o pior é o café da manhã que não tinha nem queijo e nem leite! Quando foi questionado, informaram que estava faltando mesmo e não iriam comprar. TERRÍVEL! Pior experiência com hotel que já tive na vida.

Basicamente, trata-se de um antigo hotel Íbis sem conservação. A experiência na chegada já foi ruim. Uma fila grande de pessoas que chegaram juntas de seus turnos em suas empresas. A equipe de atendimento foi zero gentil em praticamente todos os momentos, começando pelo check-in. Optei por jantar no primeiro dia no hotel e foi outra experiência ruim. É necessário comprar seu jantar antes no balcão de check-in, enfrentando nova fila e o time zero gentileza. Quando você vai para a área do jantar, parece um local de indústria, com sua senha sendo chamada em um painal para lhe darem o que você escolheu de proteína em um prato separado. As demais opções disponíveis de saladas e pratos quentes não estavam saborosas. A experiência como um todo é de ser um "bandejão" de grandes indústrias. Tem uma "névoa" constante daquelas de fritura no ambiente e minha roupa ficou com cheiro de gordura. No quarto, o colchão da cama não era bom e a cortina da janela está totalmente mofada. Outra experiência ruim foi que desci para pegar algumas garrafas de água e cerveja e, além de novamente passar pelo time zero gentileza, sequer havia sacola para voltar para o quarto com as garrafas, o que me fez precisar priorizar a água e deixar de comprar a cerveja. E zero interesse do atendente em tentar resolver. Ele olhou umas gavetas após eu pedir por uma sacola, o que nem era necessário, e só disse "não tem aqui". Em resumo, não recomendo e não volto a este hotel. Experiência ruim de verdade.

Os produtos do cafe da manha nao sao de muita qualidade, o leite e cafe sao horriveis, os itens expostos debaixo do ar condicionado ficam ressecados principalmente o paozinho. Ficamos 5 dias, e todo dia qdo chegavamos a noite tinhamos que validar o cartão p entrar no quarto, isso e muito ruim.Nao teer nada no frigobar tb foi ruim.Qto aos funcionários são atenciosos.
