The hotel needs a big maintenance. Balcony was full of birds waste!!! They need to be more careful with their service. I rented a tiny house called villa, and there was no hot water because pipes were clogged. But receptionist was friendly and understanding of my situation and frustration

Kaplıca ile alakası yok.Temizlik yok.Hizmet yok.Daha girdiğimiz an otelde 1 saat bekledik oda hazır değildi.Kaplıca diye gittiğimiz yerde deniz suyu sıcaklığında bir havuz ile karşılaştık.Odada klima kumandası yok.Telefon kablosunun uçlarını çıkarmışlar.Cepten oteli aradığımda sorunlarınızı watsapp hattımızdan yazabilirsiniz diye cevap aldım.Resepsiyon görevlisine niçin klima kumandası odada yok dediğimde yaz aylarında klimalar çalışmaktadır diye cevap aldım.Kış ayında kaplıcaya gelip klimayı çalıştıramamak ve ulaşılmasın diye telefon kablolarını çekmek bir işletme olarak çok kötü bir davranış.Sonuçta çocuğumuz hastalandı.Oteli gece 2 de terk etmek zorunda kaldık.Kalınacak bir otel olmayıp gidecekler lütfen bir daha düşünsünle.Tşkler

Otelde kaplıca bölümü dar ve konforsuz. Dinlenme alanı yok. Genel karma havuz o kadar kötü kokuyordu ki duramadık. Su da böcekler yüzüyordu.Loby kısmında fazla alan yok, tv çalışmıyor. Beş çayı diye karton tabağın içine koydukları yenmiyor. Kağıt bardak ile beş çayı vermeyin. Pandemi bitti ve çok baştan savma. Yataklar eski, odalar da. Tv sıkıntılı. Buzdolabı eski ve pisti. Yemekler ve kahvaltı da kalitesizdi.

Görevlilerin tavrı geçekten takdir edilesi fakat yemek düzeni tam bir rezaletti. açık büfe sabah kahvaltı denmesine rağmen masalarda hazır mini paket kahvaltılıklar, aksam yemeğini anlatmıyorum bile. 5 cayı tam bir fiyasko domates soslu makarna, kuru pasta ve çay. Makarna nedir? Yemekte su vermiyorlar birde kendin ücretle alman gerekiyor. birde karma havuzun açık olan kısmı için akşam ışıklandırma gerekiyor. ayrıca 3 kişilik oda aldım bir 2 kişilik bir adette tek kişilik yatak olması gerekirken oda da iki tane tek kişilik yatak bir tane tek kişilik kanepe vardı. durumu belirtince kanepeyi yatağa çevirdiler ilk defa geldim ama bir daha geleceğimi sanmıyorum.

İki yatak odalı aile odası rezerve ettik ama iki oda dedikleri birinin içinden geçilerek ikincisine girilen aslında tek yatak odalı bir odaydı. Temizlik durumu ve hizmet eden elemanların yaklaşımı gayet iyiydi. Termal havuzlar ve yüzme havuzu oldukça kullanışlı... Otelin küçük olması havuzların kalabalık olmamasını sağladı. Pandemi döneminde rahatça girebildik havuzlara... Aileye özel küçük havuzlu bölümleri de olsa mükemmel olurdu...
