Exceptional place to stay in the area

We had an exceptional stay at this family run hotel, it was perfect. The family are so nice and friendly. We had a suite room with jacuzzi, which was great. All amenities were provided and it was very comfortable. I would say this is most likely the best, welcoming place to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Ahmet and his wife were incredibly warm and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. They prepared a delicious homemade breakfast for us and often offered us Turkish çay, which was a lovely touch. Ahmet and his wife don’t speak English, but communication was easy thanks to their son, Erdem, who was always available through WhatsApp. He was very helpful, responsive, and made everything convenient for us. If you’re visiting the beautiful Rize and Zilkale area, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a great place to experience genuine Turkish hospitality, delicious homemade food, and the beauty of the Black Sea region. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you to Ahmet, his wife, and Erdem for making our visit so special!

The room was great. The hotel is the perfect place to disconnect from the world. The problem is I had to work and they had no WIFI. The drive is also distant from the place you want to tour. This place is a perfect place to get away and just relax.
