Brilliant stay, I'll definitely be back regularly! Everything was great. I'm a female solo business traveller and this literally ticks every box - clean and well-appointed spacious room, plenty of sockets for chargers, hair dryer etc, comfortable bed, plenty of parking close to the hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, great bathroom, walk in shower instead of climbing over the bath and good storage for luggage and clothes. Someone has thought of literally everything which isn't always apparent in other hotels. Also very quiet with lovely surroundings. And the window opens! Honestly quite blown away by my stay and wish I'd come here sooner!

Stayed at the Willows Training Centre. Plenty of free parking. The room was adequate albeit no air conditioning in the room which was a shame but not insurmountable - took own fan in addition to the one supplied. As a keen photographer although all the gear, no idea, the lake area was superb. Traffic was dire due to road closures so getting in to Bedford took longer than expected but found another acceptable route. All-in-all I'll be back 👍

Great hotel. I was not sure what to expect as it’s a ‘training centre’ but it was an hotel. It did have a lot of training rooms but as we stayed on a Saturday night they were not being used. Very friendly staff, complimentary coffee and iced (flavoured if you wanted) water , available in the lobby. Help yourself whenever. We had a cosy double. It was small but perfectly formed. Plenty of wardrobe, shelving and dressing table space. Great bathroom with large shower, again plenty of shelf space. We ate in the Cricket bar. Food was good but if you’re hoping for a romantic meal for 2 this is not the place. It is a sports bar so lots of tvs showing the football. Free games though: pool, shuffle board, darts, board games etc. Breakfast was excellent; standard offering and great quality, very good value. We would definitely stay again. Forgot to mention the staff - they were great too!
