The ceiling is made of Bermuda stone, which has gaps and is unsealed. Sand, ants, and spiders fall through these gaps directly onto the head of the bed. I stayed one night, slept on the couch because sand and ants kept raining down, and left the next morning. The room also smells of damp stone and needs to be aired out. The food in the fridge was expired and open. All condiments were in jars with no dates. The pillows and mattress smelled of sweat and I found hair on the sheets in copious amounts. The pool had not been cleaned of debris on the bottom. Irene fully refunded my stay after a few phone discussions and I provided photos to Expedia. Spend a few hundred more and stay somewhere else until these problems are resolved. Otherwise, it's a largish property for a couple to stay in a quiet part of town and some of the decor was nice. Not near anything, but it has parking.

For us it was perfect. Right in the middle of the island for driving distance to dockyards or St Georges was half way. In a private residential area and very quiet. Beaches are only 5 min away. Only 15 minutes to Hamilton. Nice swimming pool to relax all alone. David and Irene were very kind and excellent hosts.

Irene and David were the ultimate hosts and their property is exactly as described. Very clean, welcoming and cozy. My husband and I booked a last minute trip to Bermuda and though we stayed in the guesthouse for only one night, it was the perfect place to come home to. Great amenities including a big pool which is always a nice to have in the hot Bermudian sun! Highly recommend booking this guesthouse if you’re on the fence! Thank you for having us!

Horsehoe Bay Perfect

Greensleaves is the perfect place to stay, especially if Horseshoe Bay and the West side of the island is where you want to be! The place is perfect for 2 with a brand new bathroom! I love the cleanliness of it all. Irene was helpful for the few questions I had regarding the island. I will return back to this property! Thanks again!
