I liked the location of the Hotel San Francisco l. It was close enough to the Plaza without all the noise. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast and will stay there again the next time I go to Toluca.

10/10 Exceptional

The interior is lovely. The location is perfect to visit the botanical gardens as well as several museums. The glass elevator goes up six floors with a view down over the breakfast area. The desk staff and porters were all very nice.

Normal room.

Stayed a night. Room was normal. Breakfast was satisfactory. No complaints about the hotel and service for the price. Good location downtown

6/10 Good

Nice, good location

For the price it was a 7/10. The building is run down and older but everything was very clean. They definitely clean everything well. I liked that they have smart TVs. That was a plus. We did have an issue trying to leave bags before check in. Once we talked to a manager that issue was resolved. The lobby area is nice and location is great. You can walk to the cathedral and the shops nearby. They have a good bakery in the corner.

Remember the rooms have no A/C so I’d plan accordingly. Thought about buying a fan but it’d be too bulky to bring back from our trip. Visible mold in the shower. Small and cramped. Thankfully the window opens
