Great Hotel in Split!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was personally escorted to my room, which was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. What really stood out was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. It truly felt like they cared about making my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Good area and friendly staff. 5 minute walk to the center of the city. The condition of the property was not the best. The showers leaked and the water flooded the bathroom. They did not have a fridge in the room and the wifi connection was terrible in one of the rooms.

Really nice hotel in an 18th century building, the reception and main hotel was lovely and we received a warm welcome. Our room was in the opposite building, and felt modern even though the building is so old. Location is good not far from the town walls but in a very quiet street so the best of both worlds

Super friendly staff, room is sweet and you will need the AC on during summer. They had proper AC as compared to other accommodation. Easy walk to town centre. The parking is NOT on site, speak with them before you go for advice, rates vary from €15 - 45 per day. We found free parking a couple of blocks away, safe and quiet street.

Quaint Boutique Hotel

The hotel is difficult to find when you first get there because taxis cannot access the area where the hotel is located. Once you know the way, it is a short stroll to the main esplanade where all the action is. The internet was not working well which I needed to forward plan flights and other accommodation so this was the most frustrating stay whilst there because I had to leave my room to use the internet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was also clean and serviced.

Enchanted hotel !

We can't wait to come back again! Everything was better than planned, the hotel's facilities far exceeded our expectations since it was our first time in Croatia, and we honestly had no idea how we were going to do it. To begin with, we had the joy of meeting “Inna” who was like an angel for us at the hotel reception and welcomed us with a big smile and a hug and with such a special and contagious energy she made us feel like family from the first moment. She went beyond the call of duty to help us by giving us recommendations for places to eat and things we should do in Split. Inna is a special being who projects very good energy and was of great help to us during our stay.

Nice location, quiet part of town and easy to walk from there. The staff members were nice and the building very quirky. The room was too small for 3 people, with the extra bed we couldnt really walk around and unfortunatley the room has a carpet which needed a very good vacuum. It was full of hair from a range of people. I walked in new socks on the carpet and they were full of the hair which made me feel uncomfortable that the room had not been cleaned properly.

Nice property in quiet streets off the beaten path. Bad wifi - used ipv6 connection which made it impossible to use Steam or play any online games. Only google sites like Youtube will load. They first refused to give us the wifi password as well, which was strange. If they would sort out their router issues and offered free proficient wifi like they say on the ads, it would be a great place. Need a workng ipv4 internet connection.
