Outstanding lodges in lovely location
Verified review

8/10 Very good

All was good really except the location at the back of the property facing the garden shed and trees to the side of the residential area. Disappointing when other huts face towards the fiord. Location and the interior of the hut was still great though - thank you.

8/10 Very good

The reception was closed when we arrived (15:00 Saturday) so it said on the door, that a key box code has been sent to our mail, if the reception was closed. However, we didn’t get a code. So, the only thing to do, was call them. This was an incredible - you called a GERMAN ONLY SPEEKING AI BOT, which is pretty difficult when you don’t speak german. Yes, it’s a hotel in Germany, but when it’s 15 minutes from the danish boarder, that’s a huge customer segment. So the guy who implemented that AI chatbot, should really evaluate how good of an idea that was. “For English, press 9” ex, isn’t rocket science to implement. Anyways, beside the annoying checkin, the hotel is an absolute amazing value for money. Beautiful ocean view, nice clean, well maintained rooms, and overall a fantastic area. That part, I can strongly recommend.
