The hotel does not have credit card payment which has been a problem with our passengers, since they were charging and had to make a deposit from Mexico on Friday and I do not pass the deposit so my passengers have gone through very badly I will not book this hotel again.

My check in was easy, the room very clean and well stocked . The breakfast was very good and quickly served. I would recommend this to anyone, my only complaint was that the WIFI was very limited in access from the room and was not always available.

Clean and quiet

This is a basic hotel, but extremely clean and quiet, front of one of the main squares of Florencia. Breakfast is, again, basic : nothing fancy, but nothing terrible either. The personnel is friendly and helpful. There isn’t that much travel to Florencia, so not that many options. I stayed there three nights for business, and wouldn’t think of looking for a different place if I went back. WiFi is ok too.
