We had a 3 night stay at Far View and would definitely recommend this B&B to anybody wanting a relaxing break in Brenham, TX. We stayed in a very clean king sized room with a balcony and private bathroom. The outdoor pool and hot tub was also a big plus for us of which we enjoyed very much. Thank you to Steve and Lynda.

Absolutely Beautiful and perfect for a couple of days get away. The owners genuinely care about every guest on their property and are always on site for a friendly conversation. Breakfast is fantastic and adds a real home cooked feeling to the stay. Getting the chance to mingle with your neighbors is quite refreshing. Located perfectly in town - extremely close to all the downtown excitement, and a welcome escape when the day’s festivities are done. Will be back over and over again!!

The Far View was a pleasant stay. I think the furniture needs to be updated. The mattress was very hard and the couch appears to be well used. Overall enjoyed the stay and would consider returning.

A beautiful little jungle with a delightful old world embedded in the center. The inn occupies what looks to be an entire block of property, heavily wooded and planted. Rooms are wonderful and are in several different buildings. The pool area and other outdoor relaxing areas are fantastic. The management family are friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were OUTSTANDING. We’ll be back for sure.

We (3 of us) found the Carriage House suite to be very enjoyable and met our needs. Having two sleeping spaces and two bathrooms was a perfect situation for us. The bathrooms were clean and generally updated but the drainage in the main bathroom was quite loud. The main house and breakfast were lovely. We walked the grounds which are lush and green, though in need of some pruning and maintenance. Overall, a very good experience and I would consider staying there again on another trip to Brenham.

Plenty of charm and a delightful atmosphere at this circa 1925 B&B! Warm friendly couple owner/operators were very helpful, and served a tasty, perfectly paced breakfast to allow for conversation and a peaceful start to your day. I will stay there again!

We had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful room, Pool Suite 1 & 2. The inside is a little dated, but clean and cozy and we loved it! The couple who run this B&B are sweet and chatty. They make a breakfast for champions. Yogurt parfait with fresh fruit! Then eggs with sausage and muffins with more fresh fruit. It was delicious. They have a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a table to sit at. The pool is big and clean and has great shade! My only suggestion would be that the landscaping needs a reboot, But the property itself is beautiful.

Beautiful B&B, lovely decorated in Texan tradition. If you need a break from the hectic mega town stress or on a road trip through Texas, a wonderful place to be. Also Brenham is a traditional Texan town with lovely shops, bars, and restaurants.
