As a woman who travels alone I was very pleased with this motel. The room was clean and had been renovated. The parking lot was very well lit and there were cameras. The owners were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

6/10 Good

Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as we had hoped. When we first walked into the room, the smoke alarm was already beeping due to a dead battery. The staff came and replaced the battery, but apparently the replacement battery was old because the alarm started beeping again around 4:00 in the morning, which woke us up. The walls were also extremely thin, and we could hear pretty much everything the neighbors were saying. Our neighbors repeatedly went outside to smoke right in front of our door and would stand there talking loudly, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The staff was responsive when we reported the smoke alarm issue, but between the alarm going off during the night and the noise from the neighboring rooms, our stay was not a very restful one.

2/10 Poor

This was a very disappointing hotel. For overall cleanliness and amenities and service this hotel was way overpriced. Actually, if they lowered the price by 60% it would still be overpriced. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable. It had to be the cheapest quality mattress on the market that they could find anywhere. I have actually slept on air mattresses that were much more comfortable. The television set did not work and neither did the microwave oven. There was only one towel and one washcloth and there was no amenities such as tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner and there was no bar of soap in the bathroom. The room had a musty smell to it. I would never stay at this hotel again and I would never recommend it to any of my friends.

I believe my stay has gone well and I'm hoping that my stay continues to go well. I am situated close to have my medical necessities and procedures treated. I was recently informed that the furniture is new.
