the hotel is convenient to I-95, staff is friendly. Room OK but bathroom in need of renovation. Breakfast substandard - bread, PB&J, packaged granola bars, juice, coffee. Period. No cereal, no fresh pastries, definitely no hot food. Granted they say it's just a continental breakfast but not even a box of cereal?

I have been to several motels with pets allowed, this one is immaculately clean. Staff treated our 15 month old chow like she was family. The grounds are very well kept and plenty of room for our puppy to run,with lease of course. She loved her visit as much as we did. There are plenty of restaurants for breakfast and dinner nearby. Swimming and hiking as well. Loved it..

The motel was quaint and very clean. The continental breakfast was not what we expected and probably should not be advertised as such! A bowl of pop tarts and various snacks! We were expecting at least a nice muffin or fresh danish . Coffee was available and juice. Overall a nice stay and price was reasonable, but was expecting a better start to our day!!!

I stayed here twice (in two different rooms) in early July 2026, because after the first time it exceeded my expectations and I didn't need to look for an alternative. Previous posts (I don't recall upon which review platform) said that room fridges weren't supplied. Both of my rooms did. The staff were super-friendly, and the rooms were very clean. There's little more to expect. One very satisfied customer!

The hotel was clean and very cute. Just don't get anything out of their vending machine. Expired candy in there (M&Ms expired May 2024 in October 2026). Pillows were basically non-existent, as in they had no support to them at all. I had to fold 2 of them in half to get the support of ¼ of a normal one. I found the beds to be super rock hard, but I think if you like firm mattresses you would be fine. The bathrooms were super clean, and great water pressure. The continental breakfast was granola bars, toast, coffee, juice, tea and hot cocoa. It's more like a snack before going out and finding an actual breakfast. With all the complaints aside, I would probably come back at some time if I need to stay in the area. I'll just bring my own pillows and maybe use a sleeping pad to soften the bed. Opening the windows gave an amazing view of the leaves during the fall foliage. The staff were super friendly and helpful, though. The pullow complaints might have been rectified if we went to the front desk to ask for more pillows or better pillows.

The Gateway Inn was a good place to stay. The room was very clean. The check-in was seamless. The Inn is right off 95N in Medway. The Inn accepts pets. The price is reasonable. The breakfast is skimpy, likely worse than you were hoping for or expect. If you have a back problem, you may wish to test the bed or beds first, then ask for another room if not satisfied. Beds can be a bit soft; if you need a firm mattress, ask for one.
