The accommodation was clean and spacious. Communication on how to access the accommodation was clear and concise. There was plenty of parking.

Lovely place to stay. Easy key entry system. Rooms clean shower room a little small but worked well. Lovely touch of having plates and cutlery in the entrance hall .

Very small room, bed was small for a couple. Noise of other room doors. Overall ok stay.

Great accommodation 5 miles from Coventry Arena excellent for my needs to attend Goliath poker festival

8/10 Muy buena

Though everything looks fine, the standard rooms are just too small to move around and for luggages.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The check in was independent and the simple (using a door code).

No desk in room for work or make up or to eat my takeaway. TV was tiny, smaller than my laptop, room was clean but shower very black with mould, only half a toilet roll, and not a single staff member seen at any point during visit. Not suitable for businesses travelling or lone females. Parking fne, but there becomes a point where cost cutting goes too far.

Stayed at The Dakota as a layover on a long journey. We arrived at 9.30pm. The room had lots of spiders and spiderwebs around. The pillows were also really uncomfortable so neither me or my partner got good night sleep. Unfortunately what made it worst was the fact the shower was like warm which is not ideal after a long journey.

We had a bit of a hiccup on arrival as the mobile they sent the check-in instructions broke and we didn't get the instructions. Trying to get them resent, the staff (or owners, not sure) were more focused about proving to us that they had already sent them, rather than just resending them to the new mobile. Thankfully, another guest opened the main door for us. The room was perfectly nice and clean, except for a horrible smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom. Plugging the sink and shower helped a bit. I hope it's something that can be fixed. There's plenty of parking, the area seems quiet and safe - we'd definitely recommend the place for a convenient sleeping base around Coventry/Warwick.

Nice apartment though, would have loved to see the kitchen opened and maintained for guest. Parking was good. All in all, it's a good relaxation spot.

This is a very basic place. It relatively clean and it’s functional. It worked for our location and was cheap

I booked a one night stay at the Dakota as a stop on a way back home in Scotland from France. This was a good accommodation with everything that travelers could require for an one night stay. Room presented to be clean, beds comfortable, towels ready to be used and shower clean too. The only issue I had experienced was with the doors, which presented to be not sound proof, and people leaving other apartments late at night could be heard in the room me and my family occupied.

Room was lovely & perfect for me as travelling for work. Could’ve perhaps used a dust in places & there were tea splashes on the wall near the kettle but overall was clean. Will be staying here again as ideal location for my office.

Great property with secure parking and spacious apartment at a great price. Easy to find and access. Comfy bed. Small but clean bathroom. Good wifi. Very quiet in a small village just outside Coventry, near the airport. Passage through to rear car park is quite tight so make sure that you go slowly.

This is self checkin but that worked well. It worked well for me, was clean, and comfortable. I would use again.

I booked for three nights but left after one. Smoke detector was beeping once a minute through the night (probably low battery), which made it very difficult to sleep. I tried to message them through the app but got no response. The room was not very clean: lots of spiders and cobwebs in the bathroom, a vape cartridge in the wardrobe (presumably from the previous guest). One of the lamps was bizarrely missing a bulb, and the shower fan was broken. The walls are very thin and I could hear other guests throughout the stay. There is also loud construction going on next door at the moment which started at 8am sharp. All in all an uncannily uncomfortable stay

Arrived by car and there was plenty of parking available. The property was clean, and the hosts were quick to reply to any messages. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the room was decent and comfortable. The property doesn't have a proper or shared kitchen, but the hosts were very accommodating and happy to arrange microwave access through the caretaker whenever needed. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Secure parking, clean room, no bar, no staff. Ideal for business stop over but really could have done with an iron & ironing board.

Clean comfortable single room with well appointed bathroom and toilet en suite. Shower worked well. Tea and coffee provided mug, kettle and glass for drinking.Towels and toiletries very good. Ample parking well laid out with allocated room number on the car park space. Cosy bed. Safe area and Chinese next door convenient for takeaway. Reasonable prices. Room needs a fan though, would advise anyone staying in summer to bring one as it's not great to leave windows open in Covemtry! Bins outside need emptying and detract from outside sitting space. All in all would definitely recommend. Quiet house secure and safe. Hassle free stay.
