A acomodação em si estava boa, mas aluguei para 3 hóspedes e tinham apenas 2 toalhas para banho, 2 travesseiros, cama faz bastante barulho ao se movimentar, não tem horário flexível (check- in e check-out), sem flexibilidade de poder tomar café no quarto pois tem segurança com o controle do hóspede, estacionamento pago a parte, um funcionário específico não estava em um dia bom.

Excelente custo-benefício para a região. Equipe educada e atenciosa, quarto sempre arrumado e limpo. Há acesso ao shopping Tamboré por dentro da área do hotel, facilitando as compras e as refeições. A área do café da manhã estava em reforma, então houve alguns pequenos transtornos. Mas, nada que prejudicou a viagem. Poderia ter mais mesas e cadeiras, ao invés das banquetas.

O quarto estava devidamente limpo e em perfeito estado, nada a reclamar. Não posso falar nada sobre o café da manhã, pois não tomei. Dois pontos negativos: 1. A espera absurdamente longa do hotel para tirar dúvidas pelo WhatsApp. Tive que esperar 24h até obter uma resposta antes da hospedagem. 2. O fortíssimo cheio de esgoto nas áreas comuns do térreo, não só na área externa, mas como também na recepção (não tão forte como lá fora).
