From Bad to Worse.

This place smells like smoke everywhere. Our room, which was supposed to be “smoke free,” smelled so badly when we entered I almost left. We booked a double bed room but were only given a single King to share. The front desk staff said they were out of rooms and that he wasn’t authorized to issue a refund. Not surprisingly, I never heard from a manager to rectify this and it’s been two days since our stay. Do not stay at this hotel.

The staff that checked us in was very nice, but the rooms need some serious updating before it was Econolodge. It was like a super 8 or something and before that it was a Motel 6, they still have the same furniture from when it was a motel 6, the same beds, same desk, same little entertainment center and those are very outdated scratched up. You can feel the springs in the bed and there is no driveway to the back rooms where we had to stay at, so we had to drive through a bunch of potholes and like a dirt road. 😔

Smelled bad , electric outlet didn’t work, no towels or washcloths in bathroom. One chair for two people. Crack under the door a snake could crawl through. Unbelievable! Checked out. Hope to get our $$ back.

Sketchy

The place is sketchy, along with some of the "residence" there. The room was so so, definitely needs remodeling. The front door had the mechanism falling out. Tv did not work. Could not shut the bathroom door. Holes in the door and wall. The bed was extremely hard! Never again.

Beware of Hidden Deposit charges

This hotel is a Ghetto Motel. Comfortable beds, great location. No amenities. Nothing works. No pool. No ice machine. Breakfast is cereal, pastries from the dollar store and coffee. Local people live here. Lots of drug activity. $50 deposit per night and it’s a charge, not a hold. Takes a week to get it back. Unsafe and unsanitary. Staff is super nice.

Hazardous to your health

Hazardous to your health. I understand you pay for once you get but I have seen in plenty of two star Motel 6/super eights in my day. This one is by far the most rundown and unsanitary room I’ve seen. I ended up not even staying there and getting another hotel room 10 miles away. Received no refund or any amount of concern from the staff.

There is too much to say so I will keep it short, This motel doesn't deserve to have the Wyndham name,the rooms were filthy and the bed were broken,lets just say that they have been neglected for a very long time, it's not a hotel it is definitely a motel, run down and not safe. I will never stay there again. I was also supposed to get my deposit back but instead they charged me another $65.00 more than likely because I left them a note saying how we felt about their hotel. Just make sure that you research any hotel that you may stay in before booking it because this place was nothing like what they showed in there pictures and they were supposed to have complimentary breakfast but did not. False advertising should be illegal and they should have to pay the price for it.

The property was dirty. The website check in time is different from what the main office shows so my floor was wet when I got to the room. I had to ask for towels. I had flies and gnats in my room. I was given a fly swatter. There was a gap around the door. There were tv cables coming out of the walls down the corners and across the floor. There were holes in the walls, baseboard was pulling away from the wall, holes in the lamp shades, the door security box was open and the wires were exposed. I had a non smoking room and the sheets smelled of smoke. I'd love my money back!!! I did not stay a second night since the flies and gnats were back the next day. I took pictures and would love to share them if you need proof.

Not a good experience

Not good. Room had no toilet paper, the trash wasn't cleaned out from the previous guest, and it reaked of cigarette smoke. There were broken outside stairs that were blocked by wooden pallets. Trash was piled in walk ways. We checked out the same night we checked in to find another hotel.

The floor was dirty, there was a cockroach in the room! The parking was terrible! I had no one go by and clean the room. There was 1 trash can not even one in the bathroom. I didn’t feel safe with just my kids and I. One morning someone tried moving the handle.

With a little effort, the door to the room could be opened without a room key. Thankfully, there was a bolt lock and a latch. At first glance, the room seemed decent. However, the shower water was barely warm; it was mostly cold. The heater only produced cold air, even though the temperature reading showed 83 degrees. In order to use the light at the desk with the chair, you had to unplug the TV and then plug in the light. Although the sheets appeared clean, they had an unpleasant odor. Overall, it was not a satisfactory place to stay for the night.

Not the worst not the best. If you’re looking for something affordable and quick it’s perfect. It could be cleaned a little better inside the rooms and even around the area. Place is just run down but perfect for a quick night stay.
