Hemos estado una semana en todo incluido con dos niñas pequeñoas. Sin duda lo mejor es el personal, sobre todo el equipo de animación. El hotel no está mal, aunque los pasillos y algunas partes se ven viejas, rotas y anticuadas. La habitación grande, las camas cómodas y buena limpieza, pero llena de mosquitos. Tuvimos que comprar un insectidida y un aparato eléctrico antimosquitos. Otro problema importante es que por la ubicación de la habitación a partir de las 7 de la mañana hasta a mediodía da el sol, las ventanas se calientan tanto que aunque tengas las cortinas echadas eso es un horno, no se puede estar ahí del calor. Tienen la temperatura del aire acondicionado automática, tú puedes encender y apagarlo pero no puedes subir o bajar la temperatura, así que no podíamos ponerlo más frío por las mañanas, no se puede estar en la habitación las horas que da el sol a esa parte. Terrible. La piscina muy bien. El buffet bien, comida variada pero se forman muchas colas tanto para entrar como para algunas comidas. Y no íbamos en hora punta. Los postres se acaban enseguida y los reponen poco.

Incidencia muy grave con la reserva a la entrada, que quedó resuelta no sin reclamar.

Fatal en tena hamacas, piscina, no hemos podido disfrutar de la piscina en la semana que hemos estado. Así que decepción en ese sentido. Además malestar en cuanto a las colas para esperar comida asada en el buffet y comportamiento de los que te servían dicha comida de la parrilla, no me parece un comportamiento adecuado para trabajar de cara al público. Me ha hecho sentir fatal, la dieta y la desidia y maneras de un par de ellos en concreto.

Todo estupendo, limpieza, amabilidad del personal, la única pega que le doy, es que el buffet lo veo que lo podrian mejorar, yo hice cena y desayuno , la cena me tuve que comer una hamburguesa porque el resto, lo veia comida de almuerzo, y el desayuno faltaban frutas esenciales en el desayuno, como por ejemplo kiwi, naranja, sobre el pan por ejemplo no habia de cereales ni de pipas,e estado en otro hoteles y el buffet estaban mucho mejor, no sé es lo único que no me ha gustado

La verdad que para un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene muchas cosas que no lo parece. En la habitación: las camas incómodas y muy ruidosas, el plato de ducha y la mampara antiguos y la limpieza regular. Ya incrustado el verdín. Muchos mosquitos, la limpiadora podría echar un poco de insecticida para por lo menos ir matando los del día. El restaurante mediocre; cantidad pero poca calidad en los productos. Los guisos aguados. Las paellas buenas. La fruta escasa, solo sandía y piña siempre , algún día melón en vez de sandía. La demás fruta incomible. Lo mejor y poco habitual el zumo de naranja NATURAL, riquísimo. Luego lo de reciclar vasos lo veo bien, pero un rollo lo de que te den fichas para poder canjear por la bebida. Una por persona. Los camarer@s, salvo dos o tres, muy sabori@s. Estaban como de mala gana. A ver es su trabajo y no cuesta ser amable. Parecían obligados y nosotros como si fuéramos pesados. Otr@s no, simpáticos y amables. En recepción bien. El aparcamiento carísimo, 18€ por noche. Y no sabemos porqué en la entrada tienen tantos aparcamientos y están cerrados. Tenía que ser el subterráneo. Los espectáculos, hubo alguno bueno, flamenco, magia, pero en un salón interior, no tienen zona fuera para espectáculos. Y en un hotel bueno siempre lo hay, tienen espacio para un escenario en el exterior. Una chica que cantó en directo, buenísima, la pusieron a la pobre en la salida de la cafetería para la piscina y allí ni se la veía bien ni se podía bailar ni nada.

El agua de la ducha fría y amarilla desde el primer día, dos quejas y salimos igual. Sin línea de teléfono cuando llegamos, en el restaurante el segundo día no tubimos muy buen trato de algúnas personas que no atendieron la bebida. Y al momento de la salida tubimos que dejar las maletas en una habitación al lado de recepción donde no había cámaras y donde todo el que llegaba entraba y las dejaba, cuando lo normal es que tubiese algo más de seguridad ya que cualquier persona tiene acceso y puede abrir cualquier maleta y coger lo que quiera de ellas. De verdad que es una pena. Pagar una pensión completa y sentirse así.
