Para no volver.

Mas que un hotel parece una residència, con unas instalaciones no acordés con el precio pagado, desayuno malo con bolleria seca y embutidos y quesos para tirar, en fin para no volver.

The room was spacious and could accomodate a family of 4 as it had a double bed and bunk beds. The bed was comfortable and the pillows firm. Aircon worked well and was pretty quiet. Everything was very clean. Good shower with shower gel/shampoo provided, plenty of generously sized clean towels. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice of bread products, cakes, cereal, charcuterie and cheese. Lucia was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend

Had a splendid stay at Pergola B&B. Traveling on my own I felt safe in Lucca and the areas surrounding the B&B which is vey central for everything in the old town of Lucca. The hostess Lucia was very nice - and the breakfast included was good (more than you get elsewhere Italian wise). Would definitely recommend this and also stay here again should I ever revisit Lucca - which I hope. Such a nice and cosy city.

Perfect close to town sites and very comfortable king bed with single bed up a ladder above. Big bathroom which is rare in Italy. Host was so helpful with all our tourist queries.

I stayed in the twin room as a solo traveler - very comfortable bed and roomy bathroom as noted in other reviews. Having breakfast available was a nice option. I tried to get a hold of the host twice during my stay - once via WhatsApp re renting a bike and once via Expedia about bag storage - neither inquiry received any response. I’m very surprised other guests found the staff so helpful honestly. I had no interaction besides entrance instructions.

Sig.ra Lucia molto gentile e disponibile. Come pulizia mi permetto di dire che non è stata proprio il top (almeno nella mia camera). Per il resto nulla da eccepire.

This wonderful small hotel is located on a quiet street five minutes away from Piazza Napoleone. It is in a historic building and has a lot of character. The bathroom is very modern and had a good selection of toiletries. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they serve a great continental breakfast every morning. You can walk to all the places of interest easily, as well as to the train station and to the bus hub in Piazzale Verdi. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again !
