You mentioned that I rated this hotel a 3 during my April 29, 2026 visit. I was being nice, I should have rated it lower because we had all the same problems. Last time I rented the Jr. Suite, this time I upgraded to the Superior suite.
It looks good on the pictures, but everything is old, broken, torn, and didn't work, etc.
1. The hot tub wouldn't circulate hot water and had a huge crack in it and the most of the jets didn't work. We couldn't relax in the hot tub because the water was cold.
2. The couch cushions were all torn.
3. The remote controls were either broken and/or had old batteries, so they didnt usually work. So we couldn't relax and watch a movie at the end of the day.
The Internet was super slow, again, we couldn't watch anything.
4. When the staff came to try to fix it, she kept trying to deflect the issues and say it was an app issue. Even when I showed her the result of the speed test, she refused to try rebooting the system and kept saying it was the app. I showed her the results of my speed test; it was 18.8 on the download and 14.7 on the upload.
5. Lying: the lack of honesty made things that much worse trying to deflect a problem is not okay. We didn't even receive an apology, or offer for compensation for all the problems we were having..and I paid a lot more money for these so called Jr. And Superior suites. Same excuses. To pay more money to have more problems is not okay.
6. It advertises daily house keeping, they never cleaned our room once.
