Such a lovely stay at this hotel. Had everything you needed and the staff were super helpful. Was also rare for a hotel in the area to have your private swim spot like Heritage does.

Great stay. Excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, lovely spa area, great location. Only slight niggle was a very hard mattress. Although there two weddings during our stay, it didn’t have too much of an impact other than on sun bed availability

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Their pool bar area was right on the water with chairs, drink and food service and easy access in and out of the water. The staff were so helpful and made it so easy for us to access our car even though they did not have parking immediately at the hotel. There are many restaurants just minutes walk from hotel. I would recommend paying to stay here, you won’t regret it.

This was a beautiful setting and a truly top class hotel. Staff were really wonderful, service amazing. Only comment is that there is no lounge/bar. So when it rained one afternoon there was nowhere to sit other than the restaurant. Loads of outdoor seating. I highly recommend Heritage Grand Perast.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The property was beautiful. A few things to note… The pillows were not down, they were honestly very flat and budget feeling. I didn’t ask for other ones, but I feel like nice pillows should be standard in a 5 star hotel. The beach had a massive shortage of towels (80 towels for a large hotel) people were left waiting an hour or more for clean, fresh towels. The “beach club” menu was very limited with a seafood salad, and a smoked salmon sandwich as 2 of the 8 options (who wants fish salad on the beach). That said the staff was incredible, Bojan, Sophie, Camila, Andrea (I’m lookin at you. The staff was wonderful, attentive and kind!

8/10 Very good

Charming Property, Perfect Location, but Disappointing Wedding Experience My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Heritage Grand Perast. The property is quaint, charming, and beautifully situated right on the water. We had an incredible view of the bay from our room, and the location was perfect for exploring Perast and enjoying the surrounding area. The pool was fantastic, the staff was excellent, and the golf cart transportation around the property was a really nice touch. There are also amazing restaurants right on the water within walking distance of the hotel, making it easy to enjoy everything Perast has to offer. We also felt the price was very fair for the overall experience. There were a couple of issues with the pool experience. The lifeguard did not seem to monitor access to the pool area, allowing non-guests to enter. Additionally, one of the lifeguards was not particularly attentive and did not help set up the pool beds or provide assistance, which we would have expected from a hotel of this caliber. Our only real disappointment was a wedding hosted at the property during our stay. The wedding essentially took over the hotel, with loud music and festivities continuing late into the night and significantly impacting the experience of other guests. What made this particularly frustrating was the lack of communication from the hotel beforehand. We were never informed that a wedding was taking place or that it would affect our stay. Overall, lovely place!

2/10 Poor

We recently stayed 3 nights at Heritage Grand Perast and were deeply disappointed by the service. For a hotel charging luxury rates, the local staff were consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and at times came across as vindictive when we raised concerns or asked for assistance. The property itself is beautiful, but hospitality matters—and unfortunately the staff experience overshadowed the setting. We would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to travelers expecting warm, professional service.
