Pro: clean, pretty and staff is nice. Con: Ac works but it doesnt cool, maybe it needs maintenance, but i believe its because the main door has gaps around edge/no seal and the outside heat comes in/or cold escapes. the windows are single pane so cold does not restain

Staff was very nice and they allowed us to check in early. The place is a little outdated and walls are very thin, you can hear literally everything!

Great location

We have stayed here before. They have good customer service. The rooms are older, the beds are not comfortable at all, very noisy. Hotel is in a good location. Parking lot was safe.

Excellent customer service! Employees are very respectful and are always willing to help you. Hotel has a rustic style and that’s what makes it unique.

6/10 Good

There is good service and it’s clean but the facilities are very old, they need to be renovated and there is a lot of noise.

Safe area to walk either at daytime or nighttime. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, walking distance. Very friendly staff and room was clean it daily. We dealt with mosquitoes inside the room. No refrigerator in the room, we drank our drinks at room temperature,

The only thing I didn't like is that they don’t have a coffe maker, microwave or mini-fridge in the room. They did have a small bottle of water. There is an oxxo close by so we could get our coffe and water. Other than that is a good area. I recommend going during the week when is quieter.
