We liked:
1. Location easy and quick to get to from Roma Termini station (10-15 mins walk)
2. Walking distance from attractions (Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps 15 min, 20 mins colloseum)
3. The room was big and possible to completely make it dark even during the daylight with automatic blinds
4. We had to ask but we got the baby cot for free that we all had to figure out how to build
WE DIDN'T LIKE:
1. Luggage storage cost 15 euros, CASH ONLY (we only had 2 backpacks to store so we skipped that)
2. 2-hour early check-in even when the room was ready was 25 euros, CASH ONLY again
3. City-tax was also CASH ONLY (5 euros per person per night)
4. We got told that AIR CONDITIONING is "cooling down slowly", in other words, not working, after we got let in for an early PAID check-in. We got a fan which was too loud to use for anything. So we just fried with the baby overnight.
5. Story was because of the change of the weather in Rome, all air conditioning technicians are busy so they can't fix it today. Despite it being 30+C in Rome for 50 days.
6. After we came back late that night, we had to read an essay in our room LEFT by the staff that we must bring cash tomorrow morning and how we shouldn't tell to manager that we haven't paid yet as if we're being given a favor here.
7. In the morning, after not sleeping due to heat and no AC, we had to run around looking for ATM to pay in cash (dumbest thing ever).
8. After leaving, we got a message demanding 10 star review. Lol.
