This is the first time I stay in a guest house, B&B as I am a high end hotel customer & to my utmost surprise I was delighted with the reception received by Pamela & her staff, her willingness to locate areas I wished to visit and her all round helpfulness. The breakfast was stunning which included Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon fruit, yogurt etc etc…I would highly recommend a stay @ this Guest House.

Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights and it was one of the best places we have stayed in Windermere. The host was friendly and welcoming which made our stay that more enjoyable. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious with fresh produce from the neighbouring area. The location is ideal as it's in walking distance of the centre of Windermere. We would definitely return in future and recommend this place to others!

Great location. Room was newly refurbished and very clean and comfortable. Cooked breakfast was very good. Only downside was that after a day walking in the wind and the rain on a cold December day, we checked in at 3pm and were told the heating come son 6pm.

We could not fault the guest house. The room, No 14, had everything we needed and the bathroom was lovely, everything was spotlessly clean. Pam greeted us on arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts we had were of a high standard. We would highly recommend.
