We travelled here in May of ‘25 and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the grounds, to the tailored experiences and the amazing dinner, everything exceeded all our expectations. An essential for anyone who wants to get an authentic experience.

Such a lovely stay. The staff were excellent and would go out of their way to help you. They even came looking for us when we got lost on a bike ride! Our room was lovely and the whole place has been restored bewutifully in a way that oozes rustic charm with modern comforts. I loved the no chlorinated pool. The surrounding birds and the almond, orange and olive trees make it a little paradise. Great for bird spotting too. The place is so peaceful that the only noise we heard at night was the Eurasian thick knee (yes, we had to look it up too). An extraordinary bird! The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Minor faults were an undercooked boiled egg and an overcooked tuna steak, but all in all the food was very good and delivered by such friendly, guest focussed staff that I didn't like to complain. We hope to return!

Incredible property

Great ambience. Property was excellent and exceptionally clean. Rooms were impeccable with natural (no chemical smells) fragrances. Service was excellent at all times of the day and food was incredible. Pool was amazing to swim in however the only there were a lot of flies when using sunbathing recliners. Perhaps some fly traps would be useful to minimize this.

This place is MAGICAL!! Better than 5 stars!! The property and rooms are stunning! The staff was amazing as well and tended to your every need- from check in when we were gretted by lovely Viviana to stopping in the kitchen anytime you wanted to request wine etc. We had dinner on the property in the most beautiful setting outside under the lights. All of the food was delicious and breakfast was phenomenal !! I cannot recommend enough!! ❤️❤️❤️

A delightful stay in Vittoria wine country. Relaxing, great food, friendly staff. The room was wonderful. They provided fresh drinking water every day and some fresh fruit in the room. I thought that was a nice touch. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with one of their fabulous aperitivo cocktails and watching the cats play. The dinner was a fixed menu. It was more food than I needed, but it was all delicious. We opted to have dinner there both nights of our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. So many delicious things to try - pastries, salads, cheeses, charcuteries, fruits. The location is a nice jumping off point for exploring the small towns in the area and tasting wine of the region.

We took the cooking class and I must say Enza will forever live in our hearts. We had so much fun and learned how to make pasta from scratch. She was truly amazing. The staff makes sure you feel at home every second of your stay. Attention to every detail. The lunch and dinner was just impeccable. Fresh and tasty. Of course the wine was excellent as well. We got to visit Arianna Occhipinti’s (sister of the owner) winery which is just 4 minutes away. That was also great. We also visited COS, amazing as well. Our whole stay just felt like a dream. Cannot wait to be back.

Ett mycket tjusigt ställe - vi hade förväntat oss en lite mer avslappnad vibe och var därmed nöjda med endast 1 natt. Men för den vill ha det posh och fancy, absolut! En mycket vacker plats, väldigt tjusigt rum och trevlig service. Vi gick en pasta cooking class som var jättebra! Vacker och väldoftande trädgård med olivträd, örter, citrusträd och grönsaker, det var roligt att få plocka ur den till pastakursen. Gott att dricka deras eget vin!
