Very comfortable room with ample parking at the back, don’t forget to get your parking pass from the front desk to avoid any charges. We had a really pleasant stay and the pub it is attached to had very nice food too.

The food is generally alright, although the breakfast could use some improvement. The staff are usually friendly and accommodating.

Decent place to stay overnight, well decorated comfortable room, it was hot so it did not matter that the old iron windows would not close properly, it may be different in mid winter. Pleasant Friendly staff, sadly no gluten free beers for me. Otherwise absolutely fine.

Very old characterful hotel in the middle of March. Shops, pubs and other eateries just minutes away. Plenty of parking in the hotel's courtyard. Food good, plenty of choice and very good customer service and not to forget extremely dog friendly. My dog loved it. Thank you to all.

Great location & staff

Very friendly and professional staff, really nice room overlooking main street which was ‘lively’ with revellers until about 2am because of weekend music. Good breakfast. Very enjoyable stay.
