Our stay was amazing! The room was gorgeous and well-appointed. The bed was super comfortable. There are so many small details that add to the experience, like having a made-to-order delicious breakfast delivered to the room. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Lovely boutique B&B in a central location within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and attractions. Wonderfully spacious suite decorated in the style of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Very clean and Lorraine was a perfect host. Breakfast brought to our room in the morning felt positively luxurious. Highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is a lovely blend of a wonderful terraced house tastefully decorated and fitted out to simultaneously recognise the house's heritage and presenting modern amenities, the attention to style and detail was impecable. Clearly a labour of love evrything ran smoothly from introduction, to breakfast presented at our bedroom to our departure. Kelvingrove museum is ten minutes walk away and the park across the road was a delightful haven. We would not hesitate to chose this hotel should we return at a future date.

Am Tag der Amkunft wurden wir von Lorraine freundlich empfangen und haben von ihr Tipps zu Besichtigungen und Restaurants / Pubs erhalten. Unser Zimmer war traumhaft: groß, liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett/die Matratze war sehr gut und bequem. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht, war frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker.

Perfect stay. Lorraine is phenomenal. The whole building feels very lah ti dah, but not pretentious. Great location with easy walking distance from the hip west end and the fancy city center. Great breakfast. Great rooms. Totally great.

Stayed at the property for one night whilst attending the Take That concert. Lorraine was so friendly, informative and helpful in welcoming us to our rooms. The rooms were beautiful, well presented and comfortable. We had a lovely time. Breakfast was very nice, well organised and cooked beautifully. We would recommend this B&B to all travellers. We would definitely revisit if we’re back in Glasgow again. Thank you

Wow factor! This was a one night stay but will always be remembered . Warm greeting from Lorraine and explanation of the hotel and local attractions. The particular room we had was excellent with great character and comfortable bed. The next morning we had a delicious selection of starters for breakfast followed by a home cooked Scottish breakfast. We will return in the future for sure. I would absolutely recommend this hotel

Our host Lorraine was gracious and accommodating. She led us to our beautiful room, showed us the lay of the building, and gave us wonderful dining options (The Gael and Grains takes traditional Scottish food to another level). She also prepared a delicious breakfast served to our room. The building is a restored traditional Georgian with spacious rooms and high ceilings. A close through a park to Kelvingrove Museum and U of Glasgow. Close walk to City Center too. Regretfully, our stay was too short. Would have loved to have stayed for days… HIGHLY recommend over any hotel in the area.
