Posizione ottima a pochi passi dalle mura. Silenzioso. Parcheggio vicino gratuito. Molto gentile personale alla reception. Purtroppo poco pulita.

6/10 Good

We liked the location and the fact it was quiet. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen adequate but would have liked electric kettle. It was wet weather and we had no control over heating as it was put on remotely and only occasionally during our weeks stay. We appreciated the clean towels and linen everyday. A welcome pack was not included ie info on nearest shop. So more difficult when travelling without a car. Lucca is a wonderful city and a few little touches would have made us feel more welcome at this apartment.

6/10 Good

Cheap and Cheerful

Not expensive so you know what you are getting and all was grand except there was nowhere comfortable to sit in the evening, a choice of either plastic chairs or a sofa bed, otherwise no complaints.
