My partner and myself stayed here for three nights, we had a very warm welcome and the staff helped us with the suitcases to the room. We had breakfast included, the breakfast was delicious and one of the best breakfast I’ve had at a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast is very close to the train station, very close walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again, very nice stay

The Karema is a perfect place to stay, Liz and Ian are great and attentive to the needs of their guests. The rooms are spotless with everything needed for a comfortable stay and the breakfast was delicious. Parking is available for 3 cars but plenty of street parking is also available. I stay in Skegness on a regular basis and this will now always be my preferred choice.

Clean guest house with a smaller double room. Im 6'3 and 17 stones so not small. But, the bathroom was barely big enough. It has a toilet at one end shower at ghe other and wash basin in between. Sat on the toilet my shoulders are just narrow enough between the two walls. Shower entrance smaller side. Bedroom has small fridge with fresh Milk. Tea coffee facilities. Small TV worked well. Comfortable double bed with nice bedding. Price £75 for the night was ok with breakfast included (although I did not have it i noticed other's eating and it looked fine). 3 parking spaces and I would say safe online street parking. I enjoyed my stay and the sea front is only a 5 minutes walk.

Had a restful stay at Karema. Owners are wonderful & responsive. It's a B&B with parking, within 10-15 minutes of most attractions on the promenade. I was in a small ensuite double which had a wardrobe, table lights, fan, chair, table, foot stool, mini fridge, TV, kettle, tea & coffee, towels and toiletries provided in the room. Hot cooked breakfast in the morning, made to order. Only area to improve is that the bathroom door didn't slide shut completely and had an inch gap.

We had a lovely stay! Liz was the perfect host, friendly and welcoming, making a lovely cooked breakfast! The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely touch with the fresh milk 👌 The location is close enough to walk into town or walk along the coast. There was not enough room to fit on the car park but there was plenty of roadside parking available which was free. We will definatly stay again!

Wonderful, a home from home

My wife and I loved our stay at Karema. The room was spotless, breakfast was good, only a 10 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk to the beach, so the location was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.
