Stay cations

Was a short stay but really lovely and convenient we loved it and the breakfast absolutely good. We also got a complimentary pink pen thanks to the receptionist.

Very good breakfast, staff was so kind. There was pub nearby, and then was so much noise (music so loud) at nightly. Good sleep when the air conditioning was cool in the summer.

Hotel Kokkola is a very fun, quirky little hotel not far from the train station. Staff is great, breakfast was delicious. Our room even had a elliptical! You can apparently borrow fitness equipment and use it in your room , then clean and return it. Fun atmosphere and very good value for the money.

Very good attitude

The lady at the hotel went all out to help me in all matters like restaurants, travel advise etc.

I stayed at the hotel, while visiting relatives in Kokkola. Therefore I cannot comment on all of the great things Kokkola has to offer. It was perfect for me. The bed comfortable, shower good, and you couldn’t wish for a better breakfast. I have stayed at Hotel Kokkola before, and will happily do so again. And I so love this old part of town.

Hotel is stuck in the 1990´s. And is too selfmade to my taste. Old furnitures scattered on hotel aisles. Bit weird experience.

I needed a receipt from the hotel stating the VAT for my employer. Staff at the hotel did not even try to understand me. Appalling customer service and hopefully my last stay at this hotel.

Oikein mukava hotelli. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja huoneet siistejä ja isoja. Palaan uudestaan :-).

Oivallinen pieni hotelli Kokkolan keskustassa. Ei ihan uusi mutta erittäin hyvin hoidettu, siisti, hyvä sijainti, upea henkilökunta ja erinomainen aamiainen. Tämä on hotelli, josta pidetään huolta joka päivä. Kiitos, tavataan taas.
