Very nice and clean accomodation for the price, right in the center of the town. Bathroom is big and hotel room is quite modern. Only downside is the lack of a room access keycard as the hotel still uses the classic key to unlock your door. In 2026 I think all hotels no matter what location should implement keycards to access all hotel facilities as it’s more secure and easy maintenance for the staff and is just expected these days.

The location is right in the city centre, which is good as you can easily get anywhere, on the other hand it is a bit noisy in the night (but one can expect that in the city centre). The staff was very helpful and easygoing. The breakfast was very good (buffet). One can see the hotel is a bit aged, but it is still in a good condition. Rooms are clean, but the shower place in the bathroom is relatively small. Overall, the hotel is a good choice.

We’ve been asked to check out at 10AM, when every hotel’s check out time is 12:00. The rooms were full of insects and cockroaches. The shower holder was broken. You have to wait a long time for the elevator.

The bad point - it took over 45 minutes to check-in. Considering I had pre-booked, I was forced to join a very slow moving queue of other pre-booked people. In this modern era, this was a masterclass in how not to check people in quickly and efficiently. The good point - On arrival in the breakfast room (I am disabled so walk badly even with my walking stick), a member of your staff quickly made himself known to me and very ably fetched food and drink for me which I would have found challenging. The breakfast was good too, especially the bacon and eggs. So well-done your staff member for excellent service.

Il bagno di dimensioni ridotte, non aerieggiato, presentava il doccino della doccia tenuto con una fascetta mentre una griglia sul muro era tenuto da scotch. Arredi datati. Tre stelle mi sembra molto generoso. Ottimo il garage coperto così come la colazione.

Immerhin perfekte Lage in Downtown Aussig.

Zimmer: auf den ersten Blick alles okay, beim zweiten Blick fallen gleich mehrere Mängel auf - großes Loch im Bettbezug, Matratze Recht weich, Billigvorhang, der am Rand runterhängt, Loch in der Badezimmertür, beschädigung am Waschbecken, fehlender Klorollendeckel, Duschwanne, die nicht schnell genug abläuft, Föhn müsste ich an der Rezeption holen. Das Haus hat Ostblock-Charme, der sich auch im Frühstücksraum widerspiegelt. Alles Recht in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv: Freundliche Mitarbeitende, separater Raum hinter oller Faltschiebetür, in dem das Fahrrad abgestellt werden kann. Frühstück war okay, aber auch nichts besonderes.

Trevligt hotell med stora ytor i lobbyn. Bodde på 10: e våningen med fin utsikt över stan. Trevligt och välstädat rum. Fantastiskt bra frukost. Verkligen ett prisvärt hotell.
