Wasn’t really a place geared towards foreigners. It was a little hard to find, because it was just a tiny door in the side of a large building. Overall a nice place inside though.

Kaohsiung Rouen

Stayed for 6 nights, on 2 different rooms. Fuss free. Room was clean. Responsive staffs. Will stay there again. If you have a lot of luggage, will be a little tiring to carry them up the stairs thou. But overall I had a pleasant stay.
