The room at this hostal/hotel was incredibly spacious. The reception staff was very helpful and speaks both English & Spanish. The breakfast space and reception area was very well decorated and comfortable to hang out in. This location was great because it felt like it was not in the main square, but it was only a block away. I would definitely stay here again.

My first time staying in a hostel and it was amazing close to everything. Do not worry if you think you’re far from the beach or where the animals and the seals are you are one minute walk from everything the place is immaculately clean cleaned our room every day no matter what time we left the breakfast is the best awesome awesome awesome five stars all around.
The view from the shared balcony absolutely amazing. You also have breakfast every day.

Great daily breakfast! The hotel is under renovation (nearly complete). Avoid rooms on the main floor (no view and depressing). Second floor is better but the third floor is nice. Terrace. No elevator though. Overall, good value for San Cristobal.

Cute hostel with really nice staff. The outdoor area is great to relax in the hammoks after a long day exploring. The owner was kind and gave us recommendations on what to do. The rooms were spacious with decent on-suites. The breakfast was really good and free water was a bonus! Good location only 5-10min walk to the main shop area. Would stay here again

Excellent place to stay

Great hotel to stay. close to everything. Room is clean and big. Shower is great. Service is excellent. 9AM check out is a bit too early if you have a 1PM flight, but I checked in alot earlier, so it is a wash. Overall, an excellent place to stay on the island, highly recommended.

There was person at reception during day hours, but if you arrive late, you preemptively can get their number and text or call for a $5 ride from Airport to Goshen. Staff very friendly and there is a filtered watering station in lobby. Our room had 2 beds and a private shower. Very clean. Nice pillows. No noise walls thick. Breakfast was good. There is coffee bar and bakery a block away. Yes, I would highly recommend

Very small. Barely had room for luggage in the room. Bed was hard as a rock. Bugs in the room. Hot water came in and out. Got charged for my 1yr olds breakfast because we didn’t put that we had a kid with us. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone

Awful hostel with an obnoxious owner

Awful experience. The owner claimed to have not recieved my reservation and then lectured me on how lucky I was that he had a room that night. This is not a hostel but a cheap guest house that has very thin walls and was extremely noisy. Despite speaking minimal english, the owner was extremely condescending and I ended up leaving 2 nights early and he would not refund me the money. There are much better places to stay at on the island.
