Over-priced for what you get

Not really worth the price. Bare minimum amenities but with a not-so-low price. No coffee available. Ice machine not working. Room was in ok condition and the bed was comfortable. Motel is right off the main road but was quiet. Strong wi-fi.

Only motel in the area. Pretty dated. Clean, and new manager very friendly. She sort of inherited a mess. Town was very friendly, and the park across the street was very nice. Coffee shop up the street a couple blocks.

Older hotel, but clean, and had what we needed. We stayed for 2 nights. It was very quiet and easy to find. Good, convenient location for sightseeing around Arco.

I was in town for a Memorial service and the hotel staff were so friendly and understanding. Helped me get checked in a little early so I could get settled. Thank you.

A good night's rest!

A basic roadside motel. It was clean and plenty of space and a perfect hot shower and comfortable bed. Check in was easy and friendly. The furnishings are older and a bit worn, but functional. TV worked great. It met all our expectations and needs.

It's a small town without pomp and circumstance but the property was relatively clean and the owner who checked us in was friendly. You're not paying for a 5 star hotel so don't expect that kind of accommodation. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet just what you need for a good nights rest.

Very average room and experience, but at a very fair price. Nice and clean but older. I have to mention the water, The hot was hot, of course, but the cold was refrigerator-cold out of the tap and tasted amazing. It's hard to explain, but it was exceptional.

No updates to this property. The floor creaked wherever you stepped. The carpet was very old and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in years. The concrete slab was pitted severely and the lawn was nothing but weeds. You could hear the floors creaking in adjoining rooms when people walked around. I seriously doubt the place could pass a basic inspection.

This property is very rundown and many things did not work (television for one). It was extremely noisy. Would not stay there again.

Small but friendly

Very friendly staff, needs updating . The people of Arco are very friendly and although it doesn’t have many places to eat, the food is amazing. A huge shout out to the bbq place at the RV park, Pickles Place, and los hermonos 2!!!! Great coffee and cookies at the coffee shop

Checking in was quick and easy. There are only a handful of rooms here and our stay was very quiet. One of the beds did seem to be broken near the head of the bed (when you put weight on that corner the rest of the mattress seemed to lift off the floor but it was easily solved by flipping around and sleeping with my feet towards the head of the bed.) The room was overall clean but it definitely seemed worn down in places. 100% worth what we paid for and it was a great price for us to be so close to the Craters of the Moon park.
