Exactly what we needed for the night. Comfortable bed and great location. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, helpful staff, great location. Parking was away from the hotel but a quick walk.

Location is great. I miss the staff that used to be there. While new owners are nice enough they no longer offer breakfast or afternoon snacks. Bar build in lobby was never open and staff from before was so friendly and always remembered every one

8/10 Very good

Room was clean , reserved a balcony thinking wife could smoke outside but found out rules are no smoking on property, plus 15 dollars charge for parking pass and 10 dollar cleaning fee after reservation , think that should have been up front notice , also parking is off site , overall was a good stay
Verified review

6/10 Good

First of all is the listing said,"taxes and fees included" BUT when you get the bill they added parking and cleaning fee. Parking I could understand ,but cleaning? What if the person before me refuse to pay for cleaning? Would they clean it? Cleaning should be included in the listing cost not an extra fee. On a good note, the hotel is in a great location.

8/10 Very good

So- the "bed and breakfast" that I found when looking online no longer includes the "breakfast" part- so be clear about that. It is located in the perfect location amongst shops and so many places to eat. Also easy to pop over to about 3 trolly stops by foot. Some folks complained about parking- we were there during the summer, so off season they allowed us to mark directly across from the "hotel". They do not have any staff on hand except a few hours during the day. Not many rooms. The common areas do need some cleaning up and refresh for sure- but we would stay here again.

Great property in the heart of downtown. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very close to everything downtown. There are several bars that play music in the area that you could hear but not that bad.

While our stay was fine and the location unbeatable, the property was just a bit worn looking. Could use some paint and just an overall refreshing.
