We booked the oceanfront 3-bedroom villa and were advised by the staff to go to The Level for breakfast instead of The Merkado buffet restaurant. It’s supposed for VIPs, has more quality food and selections but actually not the case. The Merkado has more food selections.

Fantastic Holiday!

Fantastic service always welcoming and happy to help. Specially all the chefs on the first day we struggled with food options as we are strict vegetarians and don’t eat any seafood. We mentioned the fact that we were struggling and the next morning the chef had created a special veg menu for us. All the staff made our 10 day holiday extra special. We made lots of new friends too. Thank you Melia Vinpearl cam Ranh beach resort for a fantastic holiday.

The hotel accommodation consists of villas, the one we stayed in is two-story and very large, also each villa has its own garden and pool, the quality of the rooms and cleaning is very good. Also since the hotel has a large area, they provide transportation quickly with golf carts. The quality of the staff is very high in every area, respectful and clean, Mai at the reception quickly answered our questions and we thank her. The negative side may be due to the season, although the beach is wonderful, we could not go into the sea due to the wind and waves. The kitchen menu is generally the same and insufficient. But it is a very good hotel especially for large families, I recommend it

Facilities were great! But had hard time communicating with employees because of their lacking English. Their overall systems must be improved. I can’t believe that this resort was rated 5 stars. The quality of the restaurants were low and their services were poor as well. I hope they teach English to their employees in order to serve better. They all seemed very nice people but can’t communicate well.

가족 여행 최고의 리조트

방과 거실이 넓고 예뻐서 가족들이 좋아했고 5박동안 편하고 행복한 숙박이었어요. 직원들 대부분 다 친절했고 버기도 부르면 빠르게 잘 도착라는 편이었어요. 메인풀이 평범해보여서 처음에 고민했었는데 막상 가보니 아주 크진 않지만 조경도 예쁘고 휴양지 느낌 듬북이라 좋았고 비치에 선베드와 카바나도 예쁘게 잘 돼있었어요. 날씨가 좋아서인지 비치도 너무 예뻤고 베트남 바다가 다른 동남아 보다 색이 예쁜편이 아니라 큰 기대 안했었는데 다낭이나 푸꾸옥보다 리조트앞 비치가 더 예쁜 에메랄드빛이라 놀랐어요. 한가지 조금 불편했던건 거실에 깔린 러그가 앉았을때 조금 거칠어서 무릎이 아팠어요. 원래 카펫을 좋아하지 않기도 하고 아이들 케어 아니면 굳이 거실 바닥에 무릎 꿇을 일우 없을테니 사소한 단점인 것 같아요. 그 외에는 편안하고 만족스러울 숙박이었습니다.

레이크뷰 최고의 선택

작년 시내쪽 유명한 리조트 ㅇㅁㅇㄴ가 좋았어서 또 갈까 고민하던차에 프라이빗풀과 1인1객실이 가능한 방4개의 리조트가 있어 당장 예약했습니다. 친척 어른분들이랑 가는거라 각방을 써야했고 방이 워낙 크고 넓어서 왜 1인 2사용인지 알겠더라구요. 킹사이즈 침대와 넓은 테이블, 샤워실, 욕조, 테라스까지.. 방 하나 빼고는 다 갖춰져있어요. 거실, 부엌 너무 넓고 프라이빗풀도 작을 것 같았는데 꽤 크고요. 직원분들이 너무 상냥하고 친절해서 편안했습니다. 셔틀 미리 예약하셔서 시내도 나갔다 오시고 공항셔틀은 주변 마사지샵에서 픽업해주셔서 따로 이용은 안했습니다. 조식에 한식코너가 있고 빵이 맛있어요. 메인풀은 진짜 엄청 넓어서 여러명이 써도 전혀 불편하지않지만 어쩌다보니 거의 저희 가족만 쓰게 됐습니다. (성인 튜브 많아요 굳이 안챙기셔도 될 듯) 누군가 가족여행으로 깜란쪽 리조트를 고민한다면 꼭 추천하고 싶어요. 레이크뷰가 로비(조식식당)과 정문이랑 가까워서 배달음식 받을때랑 식사갈때 걸어서 5분이내라 편했습니다.

Best family trip ever! We reserved 'The Level 3-bedroom Villa Ocean View' and enjoyed our stay a lot! It is ideal for a family vacation as it is easily accessible from the airport(13-14 minutes by car) and easy to get to downtown Nha Trang. The villa was spacious enough for our family of five to stay, and we had a very comfortable and pleasant time. Each villa has its own private pool, and there is also a large main pool in front of the ocean. We enjoyed swimming everyday and also played pickleball at the pickleball court inside the tennis court. You can also rent a bike for free for one hour, and you can easily get around the property by taking a tuk-tuk, which runs 24 hours a day. The high-quality breakfast served in the Level Lounge overlooking the lake was one of the most impressive parts. The food at the restaurant in the main building and the restaurant by the pool was also excellent! The spa experience I had with my two daughters was also amazing. We took a taxi or Grab in front of the lobby, which is always waiting, to go to downtown Nha Trang and enjoyed shopping and sightseeing, and we also enjoyed local cafes near the hotel. All the staff were friendly and responsive to our requests. We would love to come again!
